Refund Policy

We will provide a full refund (minus a 5.3% credit card processing fee which is included in all ticket prices) with a minimum of two weeks advance written notice. In the unlikely event the activity must be canceled, prepaid registrants will be given a registration-fee refund.​

Travel: ​

The closest airports to fly into are either Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT, or Albany International Airport in Albany, NY. Both airports are approximately a one-hour drive from Gould Farm.

​Due to the limited public transportation options in the area, driving is the best mode of transportation to get to the conference.
